Our shop is designed
to be as simple as possible to use but just in case you have a query
we've listed below some of the more common, and also some of the
unusual questions we occasionally receive.
How to purchase? Making a purchase could not be easier.
Just browse our shop, and click on any items that you wish to buy
and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your
selection, click on "Checkout" and you will be asked for
a few details within a 128 Byte secure section that we need to be
able to complete and deliver your order.
You may view, and if
necessary remove, items in your cart by clicking on the view basket
link at the top of all pages.
We accept Switch, Visa and Mastercard. We do not
charge for any item until it is ready to ship. your credit card
statement will identify your purchase with the words 'Absolute Toninks'
a truncation of our name or in some instances 'ATL'. Backordered
items are not charged until they are shipped. You may send your
credit card information via phone, fax, snail mail or over the Internet
usong email. We advise you not to put your credit card details into
any email unless you use an encrypted system.
You may save your complete basket contents to return
to and retrieve at a later date by using the links at the left of
all pages - and we calculate the number of items and the total cost
and display these also on the left of all pages.
If I order by credit card how do I know my details
will not be stolen by someone else?
The shop encrypts your credit card details so that they cannot be
read on the computer that holds our web site, from your computer
when sending the details to our shop, and then from the shop to
our computer at Worthing.
In fact your credit card details may be at greater risk in a restaurant,
where the card is out of your sight for a few moments, than within
our shop security system.
I don't wish to pay by credit card - is there another way?
Yes of course.
Simply complete your order within Checkout but
select "Send credit card details separately" rather
than "Pay by credit card". Then either post. fax or
phone the completed order with your credit details or cheque to
our offices in Worthing.

to place your order over the phone.
How much does it cost to get my purchase to me?
We offer both Postal and Courier Delivery depending
upon both the number and what the item you purchase may be. We have
negotiated excellent rates and pass these savings directly to you
by maintaining low delivery costs.

and some days later here.
How are the products listed in the shop?
In alphabetical order for the manufacturers. Then
if we carry a consumable for the product, i.e. Fax, Inkjet printers,
Laser Printers, Microfiche and Photocopiers then an image will be
shown. Then on the next page, if applicable, we will show either
or both of the Compatible or Original ATL images which, when clicked,
will display the model names and/or numbers of the Fax, Inkjet printers,
Laser Printers, Microfiche or Photocopiers for which we carry consumables.
Can I search your shop for a particular product?
Yes, but searches can be confusing when results are
presented. Try to be as precise as possible in your search. Canon
ink cartridges would display a long list of results; just page down
until you find the item you need and click on the link. Canon ink
cartridges for bubble-jets would be both quicker to display and
give you a better list. And of course Canon and the model name and
number will give only a very few results in the displayed page.
Alternately use the drop down menu 'Quick Links' shown on the left
hand side of the web page.
What credit cards can I use to pay for my purchase?
We accept Switch, Visa and Mastercard.
Why don't you have a Which logo?
Unfortunately the Consumer Association withdrew
this excellent scheme more than two years ago. This shop is designed
and written upon exactly the same lines and maintains the same principles
of Security and Privacy as other shops developed by webholder.com
that did receive the Which Award.
